Data Privacy Policy

How Fracxio handles personal information.

Fracxio respects privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy obligations.

This policy covers the Fracxio website and services, including Problem Checks, Capability Briefs, Fractional Network submissions, profile information, payments and contact enquiries.

1. What information we collect

Fracxio may collect personal information you provide when you use the website, submit a business Problem Check, purchase or request a Capability Brief, submit a fractional profile, upload a profile image, contact Fracxio, or otherwise engage with our services.

This may include your name, email address, phone number, business details, professional background, ABN or business registration information, availability, service preferences, payment and billing information, and information about the business issue or capability need you are asking Fracxio to help clarify.

Fracxio may also collect usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, session activity and other technical information used to operate, secure and improve the website.

2. Anonymity and pseudonymity

Where lawful and practical, you may interact with Fracxio without identifying yourself, such as by browsing the website.

Some Fracxio services require identifying information so we can review a business enquiry, prepare a Capability Brief, assess a fractional profile, communicate with you, process payment, or support a business relationship.

3. How we collect information

Fracxio collects information directly from you when you complete forms, submit enquiries, upload profile material, communicate with us, or use Fracxio services.

Fracxio may also collect information automatically through website analytics, cookies, security tools and hosting infrastructure.

Where appropriate, Fracxio may receive information from third parties with your consent, such as referral partners, professional contacts or payment service providers.

4. Why we collect and use information

Fracxio uses information to understand business support needs, clarify capability gaps, prepare or manage Capability Briefs, review fractional profile submissions, communicate with users, support membership processes, facilitate appropriate next steps, process payments, improve the platform and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Fracxio may use business enquiry information to help define the issue, identify the type of support that may be useful, shape an engagement pathway, and determine whether suitable fractional capability may be relevant.

Fracxio may use fractional profile information to assess membership suitability, understand capability, prepare profile listings where permission has been given, and support clearer B2B engagement design.

5. Business enquiries and network sharing

Business enquiries are not automatically broadcast to the full Fracxio network.

Fracxio first reviews and clarifies the requirement. Information may only be shared with suitable fractional professionals or service providers where appropriate, where there is a legitimate reason to do so, or where consent has been provided.

Fracxio does not sell or rent personal information.

6. Fractional profile information and images

Fractional profile submissions may include professional background, business details, service preferences, capability information, availability, work style, examples, public profile preferences and profile images.

Profile information and profile images should only be used publicly where the fractional member has provided permission and Fracxio has completed the relevant review or approval step.

Uploading a profile image does not automatically mean it will be published publicly.

7. Payments and billing

Where payment is required, Fracxio may collect or process billing-related information through configured payment providers.

Fracxio may store payment status, checkout references, payment timestamps and related transaction records needed to deliver the relevant service and meet business or legal obligations.

8. Disclosure of information

Fracxio may disclose information to trusted service providers who help operate the website and services, including hosting, database, analytics, payment, email, storage, security and professional service providers.

Fracxio may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, regulatory authority, or to protect rights, safety, security or legitimate business interests.

9. Cross-border disclosure

Fracxio may use third-party cloud, hosting, storage, analytics, email and payment providers that store or process information outside Australia.

Fracxio will take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and protect personal information in a manner consistent with applicable privacy obligations.

10. Data storage and security

Fracxio stores information in digital systems and uses reasonable security measures to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Security measures may include access controls, secure hosting, encrypted communications, role-based permissions and review of administrative access.

No online service can guarantee complete security, but Fracxio aims to handle information responsibly and proportionately.

11. Accessing and correcting your information

You may request access to personal information Fracxio holds about you.

If information is incorrect, incomplete or outdated, you may request that it be corrected.

Requests can be made by contacting Fracxio at admin@fracx.io.

12. Retention and deletion

Fracxio retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage enquiries, support membership or engagement processes, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records or improve the platform.

You may request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, contractual, operational or legitimate business requirements that may require Fracxio to retain certain records.

13. Cookies, analytics and tracking

Fracxio may use cookies, analytics and tracking technologies to operate the website, secure sessions, understand usage, improve performance and support marketing or campaign measurement.

You can adjust browser settings to refuse or limit cookies, although some website functions may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

14. Third-party links

The Fracxio website may include links to third-party websites, services or platforms.

Fracxio is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of third-party websites. You should review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

15. Children’s privacy

Fracxio is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Fracxio does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

16. Changes to this policy

Fracxio may update this policy from time to time as the website, services, technology, legal requirements or business model develop.

The most recent version will be made available through the Fracxio website.

17. Contact

If you have questions, requests or complaints about how Fracxio handles personal information, contact Fracxio at admin@fracx.io.

Business enquiry privacy

Your enquiry is reviewed before any wider sharing.

Fracxio first reviews and clarifies a business requirement. A business enquiry is not automatically circulated to multiple providers or to the full fractional network.
